西本願寺お煤払い

昨日は朝４時起きで西本願寺お煤払いに参加しました。
「植柳まちづくりプロジェクトチーム」からの参加で、今年で３回目。

昨年に比べると幾分か寒さもマシでした。

今年も昨年同様、門川大作京都市長も参加いただきました。

御門主様の作法の後、全国からお越しの門徒の方々といっしょに清掃を始めました。
今年は親鸞聖人７５０回大遠忌法要に伴い、御影堂が椅子席になっていので恒例の畳を竹の棒で叩くのは、阿弥陀堂だけとなりました。
両堂の掃除を終え、参加者みんなで記念撮影。
今回は境内地にはじめておりんちゃんが登場。

早朝にもかかわらず、観光客の方々に写真を撮っていただき、相変わらず人気者のおりんちゃんでした。
